Akash Deep

Akash Deep is an Indian cricketer who plays as a right-arm medium-fast bowler. He was born on 1 September 1994 in Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, India.

Akash has represented Himachal Pradesh in domestic cricket. He made his first-class debut for the team in the 2016–17 Ranji Trophy season. In his debut match against Services, he picked up a five-wicket haul in the second innings. He has also played for Himachal Pradesh in List A and T20 cricket.

Akash was bought by the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) franchise in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 auction for his base price of INR 20 lakhs. However, he did not get a chance to play in the tournament. He has not yet played any international cricket.
