Kona Bhagath Varma is an Indian cricketer born on August 24, 2000, in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. He is a right-arm leg-break bowler and a lower-order right-handed batsman.

Varma started playing cricket at a young age and made his debut in the Under-16 category for Hyderabad in 2015. He later progressed to the Under-19 team and made his debut for the Hyderabad senior team in the 2019–20 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy.

In the 2020 edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL), he was signed up by the Kolkata Knight Riders as a net bowler. In the 2021 IPL season, he was picked up by the Sunrisers Hyderabad as a replacement player for the injured Bhuvneshwar Kumar but did not get a chance to play.

Varma has also represented India at the Under-19 level, where he was a part of the team that played in the 2020 Under-19 Cricket World Cup in South Africa.
