Mukesh Kumar

Mukesh Kumar is an Indian cricketer who was born on 1 January 1992 in Jharkhand, India. He is a left-arm medium-fast bowler.

Kumar made his first-class debut for Jharkhand in the 2011-12 season and has since become a regular member of the team in all formats. He has also played for Kolkata Knight Riders in the Indian Premier League (IPL).

In domestic cricket, Kumar has been a consistent performer for Jharkhand. He has taken over 200 wickets across all formats, displaying great skill and accuracy with his left-arm pace bowling. He was the highest wicket-taker for Jharkhand in the 2019-20 season with 56 wickets in 10 matches.

In the IPL, Kumar made his debut for Kolkata Knight Riders in the 2020 season but did not get a chance to play in any matches. He was, however, retained by the team for the 2021 season.
