Noor Ahmad

Noor Ahmad is an Afghan cricketer who was born on 1 January 2003 in Khost, Afghanistan. He is a left-arm wrist-spinner and made his international debut for Afghanistan in January 2021.

Noor Ahmad made his first-class debut for Mis Ainak Knights in the 2019-20 season of the Ahmad Shah Abdali 4-day tournament. He picked up 6 wickets in his debut match against Amo Region and went on to take 15 wickets in his first 4 matches of the tournament.

He was later picked by the Rajasthan Royals for the 2021 season of the Indian Premier League (IPL). He played in 5 matches for the team and took 5 wickets with an economy rate of 8.57.

Noor made his international debut for Afghanistan in a Twenty20 International against Ireland in January 2021. He picked up 2 wickets in the match and went on to play in 3 more T20Is against Ireland and Zimbabwe.
