Tim David

Tim David is an Australian cricketer who was born on December 14, 1996, in Hong Kong. He is a right-handed batsman and right-arm off-break bowler. David has played for Perth Scorchers in the Big Bash League (BBL) and for Hobart Hurricanes in the past. He made his international debut for the Singapore cricket team in 2019.

David began his cricketing journey by representing Hong Kong at the age of 16. However, he moved to Australia in 2013 and made his debut for Western Australia in 2016. He was also part of the Perth Scorchers squad in the 2017-18 and 2018-19 BBL seasons.

In 2020, David made his debut for the Singapore cricket team in a T20I match against Nepal. He made an immediate impact, scoring an unbeaten 41 off just 24 balls and also taking a wicket. He went on to play a crucial role in Singapore’s qualification for the T20 World Cup in 2021.

In the 2021 IPL auction, David was bought by the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) for INR 20 lakhs. This will be his first IPL stint.
